Stressed out college kids learn to Chill

[KARE 11, November 6, 2019] Stress is a part of everyday life, but when it gets too bad it can really interfere with everyday things you need to do. For University of Minnesota students, the YMCA there is using techniques and tools from Allina Health’s Change to Chill program.
