As one of the state’s largest health systems, with over $4 billion in revenue and about 29,000 employees, even small shifts in demand and reimbursement have a big impact.
Magnuson has had to make hard choices to help streamline and improve the financial position of Allina so it can continue delivering vital care for patients of all backgrounds. He is an active driver in the development of the Allina Health Leadership Model, which reconstructed the way the organization’s leaders work with employees and manage their teams.
