How risky is eating red meat? New papers provoke controversy

[KARE 11, Oct. 1, 2019] In a series of papers just published, a team of international researchers say the increased risks of eating red meat are small and uncertain and that cutting back likely wouldn’t be worth it for people who enjoy meat — contradicting established advice. The new studies muddy the waters about just how good or bad red meat is for us.
