[MPR News, April 24, 2019] Mindfulness has gone mainstream. Minnesotans are now practicing it in retreat centers, in schools and even at work. What is it? How do you do it? What does the research say about how it affects us? Maureen Doran, the lead facilitator for mindfulness training at Allina Health’s Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, talked with Minnesota Public Radio’s Angela Davis about what it is, how to do it and what the research says it affect us.
