For people looking for a new way to manage stress, registered nurse Julie Streeter of Allina’s Penny George Institute for Health and Healing recommends aromatherapy.

“Aromatherapy is the use of essential oils,” Streeter said. Essential oils, according to Streeter, can be used for clinical purposes to help treat patients.
