New device helps prevent strokes

[WCCO-TV, October 29, 2019] Ned Berube suffered his second stroke early this year. Thanks to his wife's quick recognition of the stroke symptoms Ned was cared for quickly and made a full recovery. But still at high risk of another stroke, he went to Dr. Brian Miller, a vascular surgeon at Allina Health's United Vascular Clinic for a new procedure called TCAR that should prevent him from having a third stroke.
