Allina Health launches work on consolidated call center

[KSTP TV, January 25, 2019] Allina Health leaders and Anoka County and Coon Rapids elected leaders took part in a "Demolition Ceremony" marking the start of renovating 58,000 square feet of space in Coon Rapids into Allina’s new Customer Experience Center which will consolidate 62 different current call centers around the system.
