Tips for healthier eating in 2019

[KARE 11, Dec. 29, 2018] It’s the time of year when many of us are making resolutions to get healthier.

Registered dietician Amy Pleimling from Allina Health Weight Management talked with KARE 11 Saturday to share her tips for success all year long.

Those tips include getting back to the basics: healthy eating, portion control, physical activity, getting enough rest, drinking enough water and staying proactive with your mental health.
