Allina doctor on advances fighting AIDS/HIV on World AIDS Day

[KARE 11, November 30, 2018] December 1 is World AIDS Day. Advances in treatment mean that HIV is now a chronic, but manageable condition, but stigma remains an important public health concern. Allina Health Clinic infectious disease specialist Dr. Frank Rhame talked with KARE 11 News about where we are with the fight to contains HIV/AIDS.
