Located at 8880 Evergreen Blvd., Coon Rapids, the customer experience center provides more than 58,000 square feet of space that will be remodeled to accommodate the team in a facility with state-of-the-art technology, according to Allina. The center is scheduled to start taking calls by April 2019, with the remainder of the transition planned in phases throughout 2019.
By 2020 the center will employ up to 500 people.
