Are you getting enough exercise? Probably not

[KARE 11, July 19, 2018] According to the CDC, only around 1 in 4 U.S. adults is getting enough exercise per week (MN ranks #8 in the nation for getting the most exercise).

Steve Moore, an exercise physiologist and health coach at Allina Health’s Penny George Institute for Health and Healing, visited KARE 11 News to discuss how much exercise we should be getting to stay healthy, as well as break down the best workouts that’ll make the biggest impact on the scale.
