Study: One of four couples sleep apart, and it’s OK

[WCCO-TV, May 8, 2018] A new study reveals that as many as one in four couples sleep in separate bedrooms and it has nothing to do with a troubled marriage. Allina Health sleep specialist Dr. Andrew Stiehm at the Allina Health United Lung and Sleep Clinic says couples sleep apart for good reason and it can actually make for a stronger relationship.
