Cambridge-Isanti teachers prepped to deal with medical emergencies

[KSTP TV, August 30, 2017] As their final week of summer vacation wraps up, teachers in the Cambridge-Isanti school district are getting an interactive lesson like they've never had before.

Step by step, these teachers learn the process of what to do and how to do it -- and what a real medical emergency at school could look like from Allina Health EMS and first responders.

Said Bruce Hildebrandt of Allina Health: "Anyone that does not do this on a day-to-day basis and gets put into a situation they've never seen before, the emotions, the stress, the profoundness of everything is scary."
