Using polio virus to fight brain tumors

[WCCO Radio, July 24, 2017] Groundbreaking research using a polio virus for the treatment of recurrent glioblastoma brain cancer is getting fast track approval from the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Dr. John Trusheim, a neuro-oncologist with Allina’s Givens Brain Tumor Center talked with WCCO Radio about what this research could mean.
