More sleep for St. Paul high schoolers

[KMSP Fox 9, December 13, 2016] The St. Paul school board has voted to move back the start time from 7:30 to 8:30 a.m. for district high schools to give teens more sleep time. Sleep specialist Dr. Andrew Stiehm, medical director of Allina Health's United Lung and Sleep Clinic, says the science on the subject is pretty clear — that's a good idea.

KARE 11 and KSTP-TV also talked to Dr. Stiehm on the same story.
