Sugar vs. fat: Which is better for your heart health?

[WCCO-AM, October 21, 2016] New research suggests that sugar, not fat, is the main culprit behind coronary heart disease. Researchers in the 1960s were allegedly influenced to publish reports making fat and cholesterol major heart disease risk factors instead of sugar.

Dr. Nicholas Burke, cardiologist with the Minneapolis Heart Institute at Abbott Northwestern Hospital, talked recently about which sweets are OK.
