Free Clinic of Steele County holds open house at new location

[Owatonna People's Press, October 19, 2016] A small group gathered in front of the Free Clinic of Steele County’s door for a ribbon-cutting ceremony and private open house Thursday afternoon to celebrate its new home in Owatonna.

“This is really an important day for all of us,” said Anne Draeger, director of patient care at Owatonna Hospital, part of Allina Health, and member of the Free Clinic’s Board of Directors.

The free clinic, which had been housed at Owatonna Hospital since 2013, moved to 134 Southview St. — the former site of Mayo Clinic Health System in Owatonna before it moved to 26th Street — in June. Read more at southernminn.com.
