As Unity turns 50, long-time nurse says much has changed

[North Metro TV, May 13, 2016] Unity Hospital opened its doors in 1966 and was a true reflection of the “unity” in “community” for which it was named. Local residents from the region walked door to door, held public meetings, and sold bonds to build a community hospital that would serve the growing north suburban region.
